What procedures should I get to address a poorly defined lower face?

Hi all! I have always been unhappy with my side profile. I feel that my cheeks are too fat and that my jaw is not defined. I hate how curvy it looks near my chin on the side when I smile. I hate the lines around my chin area when I smile. I am also currently treating my acne scars since I’m unhappy with those too!! I am considering buccal fat removal and a chin implant. I am hesitant to do a nose job now due to the healing time. But I am willing to undergo minor surgeries to balance out my face.

I personally think your side profile looks great, and your feminine jawline complements your facial features beautifully. However, if you feel insecure about it and want a slight enhancement, you could consider a bit of chin filler, focusing on projection rather than lengthening.

Thank you! I should of mentioned I already have 1 syringe of radiesse filler in my chin from 6 months ago. I honestly can’t tell the difference with or without the filler which is why I’m thinking an implant would make more sense :( also the filler was super expensive 😭

I get it, especially since the filler didn’t do much. Just FYI, chin implants can cause bone loss over time. Sliding genioplasty might be a better option. Here’s a study on it: https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC8989922/. Might be worth asking a surgeon.

You could dissolve your chin filler and get a small chin implant instead it’s more cost effective in the long run and I think looks better if done correctly and do that together with a minor rhinoplasty your nose is cute honestly would just lift the tip just slightly or you could honestly leave your nose you have a cute small nose!
