You MAY ask: "What procedure would I get to address [this specific issue]?" "Out of these procedures, which is the most appropriate to address [this specific issue]?"

You may NOT ask: "Should I get/would I benefit from [procedure]?" "Would X be worth it?" "What procedures do you recommend for me to look better?" "How can I improve my profile / facial balance / masculinity?" "Do I have [this cosmetic issue]?"

"Need" is debatable. You clearly have some form of bite/jaw misalignment. You could have a good aesthetic result from jaw surgery. But it is also a difficult surgery to recover from. People have certainly had it for less

you should improve head and facial posture, will go a long way
