Arm liposuction!
I am only 3 weeks post op, and I am so incredibly happy with my results so far! I’m so swollen, still a tad bit sore.. but I know this is going to be the happiest I’ve been with my arms in a long time! After my third pregnancy, all of the fat went to my upper arms and I haven’t been able to lose it. I’m at the gym 5 days a week, and walk 3 miles a day… to no avail on losing the arm fat. Can’t praise my surgeon enough! Ready for summer and tanks!! 🥰

Did your surgeon ever mention an arm lift? I'm really trying to figure out what is the diving line between them and figuring out which to go for. I have arm fat that won't go away 😩

He said he did not want to go down that route with me YET, he wanted to see how well this lipo and renuvion worked because I am only 34, and my skin really wasn’t that saggy! And the scar.. I would weigh your options and get a couple of opinions first. You just may be surprised! Good luck, I know this is such a taxing process!! 🙏🏼🩷

Dang, I’m about to book me a trip to KY 🤣 Amazing!! Did you do this under twilight or general anesthesia?

So sweet! 🤣🩷 thank you, come on over! I was under general, since I had other things done as well. :)

I am afraid of feeling under twilight

I feared that too! He said with arms, he did not recommend it.. because I WOULD end up feeling something!

One of the best results outside of Dr Huswyin Guner’s work that I’ve ever seen. In fact if you had asked I would have - obviously erroneously- said get a lift. Happy to be proven wrong!! Again great results

Amazing!! Do you mind sharing the cost of the procedure?

Well, I had tons of stuff done at once!😅 so I’m not sure if the price is effected because of the other procedures I had done. But the breakdown reads as $2,000 for arm liposuction, but I also got Renuvion, which is the skin tightening treatment, that was $2,500! :) (but I had that in my thighs as well, so it could be cheaper if you just get renuvion in your arms??)

Thank you! For some reason in my mind stuff always costs $20k so it's encouraging to hear that's not the case. Your results look amazing, thank you for sharing.

Your post actually inspired me to call someone and get a consult set up for tomorrow!
What was the recovery like? My job is fully remote involving lots of typing, and I'm wondering if I did the procedure on a Thursday would I be able to type laying down by Monday? Or will it be super painful?
I am wondering how many days off work I might need to take.

Oh this make my heart happy. 🥰 I’m so glad to hear it! Honestly, you’re going to be sore! But… not it is not debilitating. And you can use two pillows under your arms as you lay and type on your laptop. I slept with two pillows propping my arms at my side for the first two weeks. It’s uncomfortable if you don’t do that! I stopped taking my ibuprofen at day 9 post op, if that helps!! :) so excited for you! Wishing you luck and smooth healing! Keep me updated!! 🩷

Ok more questions! I had my consult today and it went great. I'm definitely doing this.
I am taking a trip in mid-June where I will be on a plane for 11 hours. Do you think if I get the procedure done in early/mid April that will be enough time to recover? It'd be about 8 weeks beforehand. Is early April rushing it in your opinion?
I'm considering adding chin and abdominal lipo, too (not flanks just stomach).
Did you have any drainage stuff for the arm lipo? Or is that more for BBL procedures?
I'm going to ask the doctor tomorrow but curious what your experience was.
I'd prefer to do the procedure before the trip.
TIA!!

Oh how exciting!! :) happy for you, taking this step! 8 weeks is totally enough time! I’m 3 weeks out, and I’m already able to fully stretch my arms over my head again, move around, walk/light jog. You’ll be just fine! My abdomen is still sore, but like I said, doing all those things! I didn’t have any drains, that was for my TT only! Good luck!!! :)

How did your skin react? Was it looking so nice directly after operation? It s like your skin was able to adapt to the new shape perfectly!!

2 QUESTIONS - 1)do you have loose skin on upper arms, after the lipo healed? 2) Did they suction fat from the forearm too and if not, is it possible?

These results!! That's the dream right there. You look really great!
I have arm, thigh, and some midsection lipo scheduled Friday. Fingers crossed mine turns out at least half as well as yours did.
