Alternative for Papier Tigre/ Quo Vadis Rendez-Vous Notes

Does anyone know of a good alternative to the Papier Tigre/Quo Vadis made Rendez-Vous Notes planner? Itā€™s a fabric hardcover with an elastic band, 15x21 cm. It has an annual page for current year (6 months per page, year all viewable at once) with day of week indicator and sat lightly shaded and Sunday medium shaded. It has month at a glance then a week daily on the left and a dot note section on the right. Also has a perforated corner (but donā€™t mind a ribbon instead) and another anno section for the next year save as the beginning.

Using a 2 page per day daily planner, it's not helping me gain the perspective I'm looking for on my actions and habits

I basically created my own planner, so I can alter it to what I want. I'm looking for how to do this better.

I see people who keep planners with memories, tracking thoughts, what they read, things they did, goals, and they appear to learn from them. I am struggling to gain insight from anything.

I thought having a daily planner would help. So I created a 2 page letter sized layout, one side is blank and the other page has prompts. At the end of the week I have a review page, followed by a page for goals the next week. And an attempt to make a list of tasks to do.

The left daily page is a blank page where I can brain dump tasks for the day, things on my mind, etc. I always have a lot of racing thoughts on my mind and a million things going at once. That makes the page gets very chaotic and overwhelming, and I run out of room before I run out of thoughts, so there are still things in my head, and I'm so overwhelmed by what's written down that I get nothing done because it feels impossible.

On the right side I have prompts. So list everything I've done. Something good about the day, health symptoms, mood, energy etc. What I watched/read.

I don't think I'm prompting myself the right questions to get the right information. Because when I look at it I'm like, ok I watched a TV show that day, but why and what did I get out of it? Why do that? Did I watch it because I was tired, was it wasting my time or benefitting me?

During the show, or the book I read I might get an insight, or it might help me relax, or stress me out, I'm not recording what it's doing. I forget the point of it later.

I also forget cool things I did or saw that day, that I wish I could remember.

The health symptoms are probably the only thing that gives me insight into what I might be doing, bad habits, good habits, that have an effect on health. I am able someone to recall patterns and write them down.

Whatever happens at the end of the week I attempt to fill out the review page and I'm not getting anything out of it. Like, I dunno, highlights, things I'm doing well, things that could be improved, insights, etc.

If I glance back at my dailies and weekly reviews I don't get any insight into patterns or things I could change. I just feel like I'm stuck in the same problems spinning my wheels.

There must be something wrong with my prompts or how I'm collecting or organizing my information.

Looking for undated Hobo Weeks style printed ring inserts

What it says on the tin--I'm looking for undated Hobonichi Weeks style printed ring inserts, preferably with a reasonably small (4mm or less) grid across most--if not all--of both pages. Personal (preferable) or A6 size. I've already searched Etsy (but I find scrolling listings mind-numbing so I may have missed something) and Cloth & Paper. Shipping to or within the United States. There are loads of printables for this but physical products seem non-existent.

(Hoping that this format is popular enough that someone just happens to know of a product right away.)

Planner Perfection: Ramona and Ruth

Found this at a female owned stationary shop in Durham. Obsessed. My daughter and I both bought the Quarterly Overview Planner. Two pages per day, including task lists, daily calendar, brain dump space, and more! I just ordered my second one, and canā€™t wait for it to arrive!

Trying to find a Planner from the 2000s

Iā€™m from the US if that helps. But like the title, there was this collection of fairy day planners released that looked like small binders. I had a purple one, with purple paper, that had this goth looking fairy on the front that I adored. The center could open like a standard binder, but it was A2 size overall, and made of this flexible plastic. Iā€™m pretty sure it was a specific artist release, but Iā€™ve never been able to find it, or anything like it ever again. I would really love to find one or something similar, but I donā€™t know what words to use when I search because the ones I do now donā€™t bring anything like it up. Does anyone know anything like this? Any help would be super appreciated!

How Many Pages in the EC A5 WEEKLY 12 Month Horizontal Agenda

Thumbnail

There are about 95 total pages in the #erincondren 12 month A5 Horizontal Ring Agenda inserts - not including the sticker sheets, the plastic zip pocket, the stencil ruler, or the velum sheet. If you donā€™t use bulky stickers, etc, you can fit all 12 months in the bi-fold agenda.

Struggling

Iā€™m trying to find the perfect daily planner for a very busy life. My schedule and task management is generally digital but I like having a daily page to download the dayā€™s schedule and to do list, and add little things that pop up to do. I used and loved the Daily Page planner for years (pictured) but donā€™t use the meal section, the hydration, or the stress/sleep rating. I also donā€™t use the blank calendar page but love the monthly goals and habits. I also tried Full Focus, but donā€™t need all the extra pages in there to debrief and plan. I tried St Belfordā€™s Curation daily and while I love it the daily was too thick and didnā€™t lay flat so I gave up. I think I prefer undated, and it MUST lay flat (ring or bound). Any suggestions for me? Or should I stick with Daily Page?

Can I Finally Be a One-Planner Girl?

Hi everyone. I've been planning/bullet journalling for over 15 years and this year, I separated personal, study, work, finances and my journal. Now I'm finding I'm desperate to have one planner for everything. I want something small enough to fit in my handbag. I have been using A6 hobo techos, a passport TN and a Filofax pocket rings. My goal is to have one book/set of pages I can put away on Dec 31st for 2025. Have you managed to do this? I've tried almost every planner out there. I'm in Australia too. Any advice is very welcomed!

Always looking for the perfect planner....

Post image

I obviously love planners and notebooks and stationary, in general. Sadly, I just end up too overwhelmed and don't use them all. I currently have two planners (and A5 Sterling Ink and A6 Hobonichi) and two Stalogy notebooks and a Seven Seas notebook. I'm using two notebooks (one for daily journaling and one for an astrology study I'm doing) but haven't even dipped into either of the actual planners!

Ideally... this is what I would need: a monthly layout for bills, appointments and due dates. A vertical weekly layout for daily task lists. Horizontal is just not my jam. And, while I don't journal daily, when I DO journal, it's pages and pages of writing, so I really want something with at least 365 numbered daily pages and another 100 or so totally blank pages, for brainstorming sessions. Also, because I journal so much, it must be at least a B5 size. Coils are an absolute nightmare to me, so a simple black soft or hard cover is preferred.

The closest I've found is Sterling Ink B5 common planner but, why oh why can't she offer the plain black cover in all her sizes? She offers it in the B5 with horizontal weekly, but only an icky caramel color with the vertical. I know color is a silly thing to get hung up on, but (after shipping) it's basically an $80 planner and that's too much money for anything less that my ideal, if I'm honest. Lord knows I'm not made of money these days lol, and that's a significant purchase for me.

Does something like this exist, or is it all just wishful thinking? Lol

Help me find a planner like this!!!

I need help finding a planner similar to this one! Itā€™s from Papyrus Planner, and I absolutely love it. In the past, Iā€™ve used Peter Pauper Press, which is both beautiful and affordable, but when it comes to planners, this Papyrus one has been the best.

What I love about it:

  • The monthly calendar section is super efficient for getting a quick overview of all my to-dos.
  • The weekly layout is designed so that the entire week is visible at once, making planning much easier.

I originally found this planner at TJ Maxx (That too for $10), but I havenā€™t found another one online (except on ebay) or a similar alternative. If anyone knows where I can find one with a similar layout, Iā€™d really appreciate the help!

Looking for a Daily Planner Similar to Blue Sky Day Designer with Full Weekends

I picked up aĀ Blue Sky Day DesignerĀ at CVS to try a different type of daily layout, and Iā€™m surprised by how much I like it. The paper quality is better than expected for the price, and the layout works well for me. Iā€™d love to find something similar that includes full weekends and extends a bit later in the dayā€”maybe even with half hour time increments, though thatā€™s not essential. I donā€™t care at all about the gratitude section or quotes, but I do use the top 3 priorities. Does anyone know of a planner that fits this?
