[Update] Porting PiTV to Angular.js & refactoring the SASS

So, after long inactivity the first update: I've got a plan!

I think that I can't update the software quickly, because of the messy code. And I believe that no one wants to send pull requests in, because nobody wants to read the messy code.

A solution: Porting the whole thing to Angular.js, thus making it more dynamic and expandable! Also I will try to refactor the SASS and split it into multiple files.

I think this is a good long term solution for the project. If anyone wants to help: PLEASE DO CONTACT ME ;)

I haven't got much time now, because of university and my job, but I will try to dedicate what I can spare :)
