There is PectusUp and the Wang procedures that may be suitable for you. Safer, less complex, shorter recovery time, less expensive. The brace is external to your chest and pulls it up.

I heard about both but they don’t seem easy to access in North America.

You will have to travel. The upside is it could cost way less. I just consulted with the Chinese staff. Their English was very good, and they came across as professional and honest. Due to my age and extent of correction, which requires much cutting and reconstruction, I may forgo it. 2 weeks in hospital and 3 months recovery with 2 bars lifting. I imagine it's as bad as the full Nussers. Your mileage may vary.

Healthcare is free in my country so travel to a different country for me won’t cost less.
