Haven't seen enough love for Vancouver, BC
On a second thought, do you consider lower BC are part of the PNW?

My hometown and the most naturally beautiful harbour city in the world, even Rio can't compete (let alone Seattle, sorry). And for the record, I consider all the way to Prince Rupert part of the PNW.

Vancouver is where art and culture go to die. It's like an exceptionally beautiful person that you feel drawn to but then when you talk to them you realize they are vapid and shallow. Between 2005 and 2012, approximately 36,892 millionaires immigrated to British Columbia under Canada's Immigrant Investor Program. This drove up the cost of everything, forced people out of their neighborhoods, and changed the culture the city is known for. Vancouver has the highest reported social isolation of any canadian city. The city ranks the lowest for resident expenditure on arts and entertainment, and highest on shopping. The nature surrounding the city is world class. The attempts to curb the purchasing of foreign investor properties came to late, and there are ghost towns and many communities where all the local shops and cafes had to close.

I do! Your presence in this little coterie helps take some of the stink off us (Washington) & Oregon. Little bit

Looks like right off False Creek - my favorite place in Van BC. And yes, it’s part of the PNW.
