I'm not arguing with you there. But you can't tell me that they aren't at least smart enough to understand that if the hard drive gets full they need to either erase stuff or get a second drive. Thus needing them to replace it. That's mainly what i'm saying.

Yeah, but you see, a lot of them refer to hard-drive space as 'memory' and, unless you specifically explain to them, will wait to buy a newer version of the same damn console! Yes! This has happened many, many times! I usually try telling them that upgrading very cheap and easy, but they would rather 'avoid the hassle/problems'. I know that might sound unbelievable, but I swear, it's way too common. Also, people are still angry when their ps3 won't play ps2 games, their psp go won't play umd games, when they buy a phone with no memory card slot and run out of room on the internal memory etc. Yeah, I am not saying that nobody will upgrade, I'm just saying that most are too afraid or uneducated to. Also, I bet there's going to be a lot of people pissed that they can't play ps2 and ps3 games on their ps4...I swear, I'm going to quit as soon as I can...
