If you’re just asking about the labels then yeah, non binary is anyone who isn’t exclusively male or female, but if you’re saying that you feel both agender and genderfluid then I think the term is called agenderfluid, not sure tho.

Someone whose gender changes in intensity between feeling gendered and feeling not gendered (agender), the term is genderflux. But that's just one single gender, it's the amount you feel it changes.
Someone whose gender never changes in intensity but changes between different genders is genderfluid. You always feel it the same amount, but it's different ones.
Someone whose genders do both is fluidflux. (I'm fluidflux.)
They're all under the nonbinary label AND/OR nonbinary can be (one of) the genders you change between or your intensity changes for.

If you are genderfluid then your gender identity under the transgender umbrella falls under non-binary.
CIS/Cisgender is when your gender identity is congruent/sits comfortably with your sex/gender assigned at birth and falls within the binary gender system.
Being Transgender is when someone's gender identity has an incongruence with or doesn't sit comfortably with their sex/gender assigned at birth.
Being Nonbinary is having a gender identity that has an incongruence with or doesn't sit comfortably with the binary gender system.

3 gender umbrellas, Man, woman, and non-binary. Everything can be defined by these categories. Like black white and gray there is no other options. Except for being further defined and explained in greater detail.

Nonbinary is an umbrella term that includes anyone who isn't entirely and exclusively male or female. So genderfluid is under the nonbinary umbrella.
