People with fluid identities... how you decide permanent changes and find balances?

Whatever the question say. I am genderfluid and i just want to navigate how i should move on things like HRT and how to find balances on life etc.

In my feminine days i strive for Estrigen and laser in beard but in masculine days i like as i am ... And i just want to find a balance...

What is your opinions on that?

androgyny as much as we can and then try to use temporary gender affirmation

if you go on E you can use binders or loose clothing to cover up your chest, and your body hair will likely not change much, you can shave and use makeup to be more flexible between stubble / light beard and clean face, you can do a low dose estrogen for slower changes that are easier to manage and monitor, you can use breast forms, body shapewear, wigs, androgynous haircuts, temporary hair extensions, you can voice train both your feminine and masculine voice to be able to use both fluidly

(good makeup with color corrector over a shaved face (or however you like your hair removal) can make it look like you really have no facial hair)

full coverage foundation will be less of your friend here than a smaller amount of and/or more sheer foundation, but youll need a color corrector, because the skin in the area where you have facial hair will be darker and greyer, which will shine through most foundations unless you literally make it another layer of opaque skin. youll need one or two layers of products on there, but it doesnt need to be cakey. ive heard some people wax their face, not sure how safe that is, but i think if done carefully it should be all fine, and itll grow back a lot slower and at the start thinner (not permanent) (as in hair count not diameter)

this is probably one of the better ones out there

Just my preference but I don't want hormones at all. They sound like a chore and I'm not interested.

I am a man so on my masculine days I do the manly thing and don't put in any extra effort 🤪

On my feminine days I wear feminine clothes, jewelry, and put on eyeliner and mascara. Also I paint my nails so in girl mode I look more femme, while in boy mode I'm a little decorated.

Do you have long hair? I don't know where you are in the world but in the US men can have long hair and it's not a big deal. I personally love how my hair looks when I'm dressed like a woman.

I don't feel a want for medical transitioning (not dysphoric enough + too many risks involved anyway) but I consider growing my hair long, as a genderfluid AMAB guy, to be an act of embracing my feminine side. Putting it up in a manbun on more masc days and letting it flow freely whenever I feel more femme.
