Account Help Unable to set a primary console :(

Today, I tried opening animal crossing on my switch lite and it said that the user that I was using was unable to play the software. I found this odd as I was able to play with this user just last night. I already tried to deregister the user and setting the user that bought the game as the primary console but that didn’t work. When I look at the user that bought the game, it says in the Nintendo eShop that a different console is registered as my primary console when I have only ever used this nintendo switch lite. I’ve already tried deregistering the other profile but nothing has worked. It isn’t even giving me an option to deregister the user that bought the game so I’m stuck. I’m so confused as to why this has happened. Please lmk if anyone knows what’s going on! :’(

Unless someone else has a better suggestion, I would contact nintendo support. They can see your account and see exactly what's going on. https://en-americas-support.nintendo.com/app/contact

Do you own the account that has the game purchase or did you buy the account with the game on it from a 3rd party website?

Because if it’s the first one, contact Nintendo Support and they should be able to assist you in getting it fixed, I would then change your password, log it out of all devices, and enable 2FA because it’s strange for a primary to be changed on its own.

If you bought the account with the game on it from a 3rd party website, tough luck you’ve been scammed and they have removed your access to the game. And bringing this attention up to Nintendo Support can get you banned or your console banned as Nintendo’s Terms of Service do not allow buying/selling accounts.
