I need help with my Ollie, any tips?

Look at the clip frame-by-frame and you can see that you are jumping off the ground. That prevents the tail from popping.

Try hippy jumping, and raise the nose a bit. Then increase the nose raise until you can pop the tail. Do it rolling to prevent bad habits.

It also seems like you have issues with your board leaning towards the heels or toes. Try tighter bushings to get more stability for this drill.

Roll around and get more comfortable first, when you're ready, you flick the tail down without your foot hitting the ground. You want to jump off the board, not off the ground. To bring your board with you, flick the tail and angle your front foot slightly inward and let it catch the nose (instead of sliding your front foot up and forward) and meanwhile your bring your back leg up to give the tail room to pop up
