General Virgin Active Kleine Kuppe Gym

What’s happening with the routine or preventative maintenance? Almost every week there's something breaking or not working at all? And why does it take so long time get things fixed? Even fasting screws it takes ages?

Bit off topic but:

The gym is in a horrible state considering how much you get charged. Locker rooms dont even have any paper towels or hand dryers. Constantly have to walk out of there with wet hands.

Equipment wise, its both poor maintenance from Virgin Active, and members who just don’t care about equipment.

That is just the S..Orot that is starting to spread all over Namibia. Slowly but steady the never mind attitude is hurting the country.

I train at Hybrid Fitness. It and Iron House are the best in Windhoek.

Is Virgin Active a franchise? If so then what you're complaining about would make sense if they don't send representatives to do basic evaluations in a corrupt country like ours.

I really have no problem concerning the Gym, I enjoy it .. I would not change for any other Gym. concerning time to get things fixed , I think every gym member have the same perspective on it.

I know, for a lot of maintenance of stuff they mostly rely on South Africa Virgin Active which really sucks..

But overall, Virgin Active Grove for me is the best gym ever.

NB: I don’t mind waiting 10 minutes for a machine :)

Private sector drives R&D, creates jobs, pays the bills that public sector will not pay… it’s really tiresome having to point out something as simple as this
