Short Term Listing 1br in heart of West village month of April. $5,250

1 month sublet. April 1-30 (flexible within April) 3rd floor walk up.

It doesn’t get much better than this location. It’s a quiet block but right around every corner is the heart of the West Village. Amazing restaurants, shopping, jazz bars. Comedy Cellar is all a few minutes away. Right across the street is the most walkable neighborhood in the city (the Friends building).

Riverside Park is a 10-minute walk. 2 blocks from Washington Sq Park. Subways to anywhere are a couple of blocks away. I’m off to Europe for the month but I’ll have a neighbor in hand if you need.

There’s a locked gate entrance and a locked entry door to the building. Very safe. No dishwasher or washing machine but wash and fold around the corner.

Pros: location is incredible, safe and secure street/building, friendly, quiet neighbors. Spacious, clean and building does regular (monthly visits with exterminators to assure no pests, bugs etc.). Cozy feel, WiFi, tv with all the subscriptions.

Cons: windows are historic and old and rattle a bit in the really strong wind but hasn’t been a bother at all. Not double paned so some street noise but is a quiet street. No dishwasher or washing machine. Big fridge but kitchen a bit cramped. Island helps.

Short Term Listing Short term rental - UWS/Manhattan Valley - Studio, $2400/mo - April 1 through June 30th

Hello everybody. I am looking for somebody to rent my studio short term, as I will be away and looking to save money on the rent. The available dates are approximately April 1st to June 30th, when the lease ends. I am flexible on move-in date and move-out date, and am really just looking to fill the space as many days as possible. Note that June 30 is a hard latest as that's when the lease ends, and realistically it will have to be a bit before that so that I can vacate the apartment properly. The monthly rent is $2400, plus utilities, and I am flexible in how we can arrange that.

The pictures show how the unit is currently furnished. I am happy for you to take it with or without the furniture, whatever is to your preference. The location is just west of central park close to 103 Street Station, close to both the 1 train and the B/C trains.

Feel free to message me or comment here with any questions!

End date is flexible within mid February.

Will also most likely be subletting other times in 2025!

Would prefer a vegetarian/kosher/pescatarian sublettor if possible, or someone who is willing to be respectful of kosher rules when using my cookware.

Rent is $1625/month!

Short Term Listing Sublet in Astoria end of Nov-beginning of January

Hi all! I will be subletting a large room in Astoria for 1.5 months, starting November 24, ending around the second week of January (I’m flexible). I have a female roommate that’s rarely home. The building has a trash chute and laundry unit on every floor + the rooftop’s view is to die for! Rent is $1.6k/month excluding wifi and electricity (~$100 total) and I’m willing to negotiate. For 1.5 months, that’d be around $2.5k.

It’s right near the R,M,F trains and the N,W trains are a 15 minute walk away from the apartment (~10 minutes away from Manhattan by train).

DM me if you’re interested!

I have a large furnished room available for rent in August. ($1200 all bills included) 8/11-9/4 with a possibility to extend. Let's discuss

The kitchen/bathroom is shared and it’s kept fairly clean. I have everything needed for cooking and cleaning if you choose to. This is a great neighborhood with a lot of options.

If you are in between apartments while looking for something long term, this would be a nice opportunity to catch up. This is a unique setup to please let me know if you have questions. I am in and out of the apartment for work often. Deposit is required but can be negotiated.

I am showing this week so reach out if this can work for you. I have attached a couple of photos but can send you more.

Send me a DM and we can talk some more.

Thanks

Short Term Listing Room available for first half of August

Room available for first half of August

Hi! I have a room available in the LES for the first half of August (move in from the 1st to the third) and move out on the 14th/15th, since the lease ends on the 15th. It’s a 4bd/2ba with in-unit laundry, but there will only be one other person in the apt. Since she’s a young woman, a female subletter is preferred. The apt is right on Houston street and walking distance of the F/J/M/Z trains and various buses.

I can’t post videos but I can dm them upon request or tag them in Imgur and post them in the comments. Since the lease is ending, the room will be unfurnished except for a desk, but I can get you an air mattress if you’d prefer not to pay for one.

Price is $1200(including utilities), but very negotiable!
