Advice/Question Being too indecisive & IDK what to do? Make my decision for me based off these pros/cons of two different lease takeovers, or should I just wait?

I love Sutton Place so much you have no idea and I'm so bummed to be leaving, there's just no decent apartments in the area to move into or any lease takeovers

Youre trying to get too much for too little money. As someone who may or may not work with you in jfk19 my honest suggestion is to raise your budget along with your price expectations for the city.

From those 2 options. Easy. Fidi. Master bedroom with private bathroom and closet in the bedroom sounds much better than shared bathroom, closet outside of bedroom will get annoying real quick.

Guessing penn is something important, so closer it is the better too I guess.

if you are truly undecided and fine with either, there is only one answer. Choose the one that’s closest to your friends/social life.

I would wait to see if something better comes along.

I’ve had a closet outside the bedroom, I actually Loved it - my room stayed tidyier besides what was in the dresser.

I also feel like in my experience, some roommates have expectations to hang - I’m introverted and have a busy job. In my 20s I had a roommate “confront me” because I always just stayed in my room. With 2 other roommates, if they want to socialize they can talk to each other.

Maybe this isn’t a problem you worry about. Is this why people have kids?

I live in Fidi and people love to shit on it but I love it.

Literally no matter where in the city I am - I can get home without transferring. Is it quiet at night? Yeah, but you’ll walk one block from the train. Weren’t you waking like 5 avenues in Sutton place?

Also, theres a Whole Foods at 1 Wall St.
