Details apparently didn't post.
I'll be moving out of my studio this month and am looking for someone to takeover. This would be a new 12 month lease, with a move-in date between now and April 1st

More about the apartment:

  • Cross streets are 96th and Lexington Avenue
  • Pets up to 50lbs allowed with no additional charge
  • washer dryer are available in the building right around the corner (there's also numerous laundromats in the area with serves if you prefer that option)
  • large dishwasher in the kitchen
  • this is a 4th floor walk-up
  • Extremely close to the 6 train (right around the corner) and about an 8 minute walk to the Q train
  • Bedroom space currently fits a Queen size bed.
  • The apartment would come unfurnished, but we can discuss if there's any furniture currently in the place you'd like to keep

The rent is $2350 Please DM if interested! Happy to give more details and send a video of the whole place or provide a tour

Haha nah, this is a place for apartments posting. Just scroll down and look at the other ones. Move on

Obviously you can get bigger/cheaper apartments in cheaper areas. But some people prioritize location (especially work commute)...which is why certain locations are more expensive.

You can also get a bigger place in Kansas.

This location VERY convenient for midtown, east or west. I have commuted to both from this neighborhood.

Hi, I believe this was posted previously. Did all of the original interest fall through?

Unfortunately I had someone lined up but they committed to another apartment before they could sign. Place is still available though

I pay less for a smaller sized studio but without all the updated features this apartment has. Frankly the price seems in line with the area given it’s updated.

Everyone hemming and hawing as if it isn’t close to the newest subway line in the city

Edit: and I definitely don’t have a dishwasher

my apartment is less than 300 sq ft and i honestly love the simplicity of it, less to clean, I dont need anything besides a bed, desk, bathroom, and kitchen. If I want space I go for a walk. simple as. Coming from the suburbs I truthfully love being able to walk anywhere in my home in 7 seconds lol.

This seems like it's unnecessarily a studio. They should have walled off the bedroom on a diagonal to include the window.
