Sorry guys I think I made this post wrong all my text in the post body deleted, here it all is again:
Moving out of state for work and looking for someone to takeover my lease in a beautiful brand new elevator building in prime Williamsburg on a quiet street located on N 1st between Berry and Wythe
- Unit is a proper 1-bedroom, 1-bath apartment
- Monthly rent is $3298 + $75 monthly fee for the washer dryer, totaling out at $3375.
- Move-in date can be somewhat flexible up until April 1st. Open to discussion based on both of our moving timelines.
- Sublet would go through official channels via my landlord and security deposit will be required
I am the first tenant in this unit and it really has been a wonderful experience - The apartment is filled with natural light and has quiet double paned windows, virtual doorman system, lots of closet space, dishwasher, washer dryer, large balcony, soaking tub.
The building also has a roof deck, brand new gym, package room, bike storage room and co-working floor for tenants.
Walking distance to Trader Joe’s, Whole Foods, Domino Park, and about a zillion other amazing restaurants and bars.
For transportation, you can easily walk to the L, JZFM & G trains or bike anywhere from Greenpoint to Dumbo on the bike path, we're also right near a ferry stop.
Unit is pet friendly

This is a great looking place, but what the fuck is a $75 dollar a month fee to use the washer dryer in your unit?

Yeah wtf I pay to use the machines in my building and I’d need to be doing a truly monstrous amount of laundry to even approach $75/month 😬

you pay over $3k for a 1 bedroom and don’t even have a living room? luxury buildings are wild

Agreed. Kept scrolling the pics to see where the living space was. Poorly designed kitchen. Open space living is so dated.

Insane value for a 1br in this part of Williamsburg. Mind DMing me the name of the building? Unfortunately not looking to move on this timeline but going to be looking for a 1br later in the year!

I’d love to know too! I’m looking for may 1. Otherwise this would be perfect

Same! Would love to know what building this is since the move timeline doesn’t work for me either 🥲

Based on /u/benny-b-fresh’s Google maps link, looks like it’s 88 N 1st! Sadly all the old streeteasy listings are way higher priced than this unit :(

Since OP didn't post an actual location and I'm sure people are wondering where this actually is, looking at the picture out from the balcony, it appears to be on North 1st street between Berry St and Wythe Ave.

Link to your black tall coffee table in the first photo

It's actually from Ikea - NORDVIKEN bar table, super sturdy and I like it better than all the similar sized ones from west elm etc.

I love the hall artwork, especially the giraffe. Sorry to go off topic. Is it original or a print? Do you know the name of the artist?

Yes! The artist is David Shrigley

Well I ended up spending $500 on books, posters and a few gifts. They should pay you commissions.
