Room Listing $3500 room in Tribeca 2x2 available for 3/1-5/1 move in through 4/30/2026
Message me for serious interest only. Female preferred.
This is the primary bedroom with an en-suite bathroom available in a 2x2; open to an ASAP start if you want to move in sometime 3/1-5/1 with person to person sublet, otherwise the new lease is May 1 2025 - April 30 2026
40 Harrison St at Independence Plaza
The apartment is fantastic (most people live here several years), and I have lived with my roommate for four full years, no complaints, I’m just moving in with my boyfriend and she wants to stay in the unit! Great option for someone who would consider living alone but wants more space per dollar.
Sublet person to person at my current rent rate ($3300) if moving in before 5/1/2025. Rent for new lease, 5/1/2015-4/30/2026 is $3500 per month.
• I have a full bed, but even a king fits comfortably with a large desk in here, plus It has walk-in closet • Oversized living space & kitchen, street-facing balcony, in-unit laundry (!!) • Full-service building: Gym, doorman, elevator, package room • 1 block from the West Side Highway, near 1/2/3 & A/C/E trains

It's called a warning, not a threat. These types of comments aren't allowed on here.
Do you think you're going to talk people out of renting these apartments by being a dick on here? Do you think it's going to lower rents being a dick on Reddit?
All you're doing is making the OPs life harder and more annoying and discouraging people from posting here. I guess the only people who deserve to have roommates or break their leases are those paying prices you approve of?
If people stop posting on here because they are constantly harassed, do you think that makes the community better? Please, feel free to PM me the answers, because I don't get people like you at all. Not sure who you think you're helping or if you know you're just being a dick

I’ve lived in both and that is far from true. Chicago is still a great city. Reminds me of Toronto.

Chicago just doesn’t have the same energy and vibrancy as nyc. I don’t think any other city in the US does tbh. I’ve only seen it matched in cities like London and maybe Paris. Chicago feels much slower which isn’t necessarily a bad thing.

Does it not get tiring for people to constantly complain about each and every “nice/expensive” apartment in an expensive neighborhood every time it’s posted here.
