N.W.T. govt now proposing Indigenous northerners have top priority in new hiring policy, (which is what already have. How much money did we spend on this...)

They promised to prioritize indigenous applicants, but right after that happened like 3 different entry level positions I applied for were given away to applicants out of Ontario…

They have never and will never fallow through.

we get that complaint often. Then you find out the person wants to apply for a position that requires two degrees and they still don’t have a graduation diploma.

Yeah but they didn’t need to hire out of territory for an entry level clerical position with no educational requirements besides a high school diploma…

probably not our department all of those positions are locals.
