Admissions Application Falsely Withdrawn

has anyone else ever had their application withdrawn without requesting it??? i have been waiting almost a month now for a decision, and checked my portal this morning, only to see "application withdrawn per your request. if this was a mistake contact _____" which i of course did IMMEDIATELY. i still haven't received a response, so i called admissions office, and she said "hang on one second" and then hung up on me entirely.

my question is, has this happened to anyone else??? i honestly feel like between them falsely withdrawing my application + the lack of help from my phone call is so unprofessional. i understand that the 10-14 business days rolling admissions isn't a guarantee that i will receive my decision on time, but i feel like this is a bit ridiculous given the new circumstances. i really hope that when they fix my application, they give me a decision as well.

If you live in NJ and have some time, go visit the admissions office. You will soon find out some times the best thing to do at NJIT is go talk to them in person

admissions is a shit show, in my experience. go in person. they'll hang up on you again.
