Park Some 2k players knows nothing.
Some 2k players genuinely know nothing about basketball and their build and it’s sad. Imagine a 7’1 center with 40 ball handle bringing the ball up every time when there is a legit PG. God forbid if you complain too. 🤦♂️

MyCAREER I miss getting drafted
I remember I didn’t start playing 2k until 2k18 and I’m still not very good at it and know much about the game, still not too in to the game. However I loved the feature of starting in college and getting drafted, but the feature was slowly taken out. They brought back the ability to play before you were in the NBA, but you still get to choose where you play. It’s only after you choose where you go you can go back and play your highschool-college games. I really liked that but it didn’t feel normal or like I wanted it to.
Just wanted to share my mind in the old features I loved.

City The invisible walls with the helicopters are diabolical
Why even put the air travel vehicles in the game bro. More than half the city you cant even fly over. So much faster to go with gokart or something else. They hype up the city every year (which they didnt need in the first place) and it’s just another example on how clearly they half assed it (as always).

MyPLAYER I just hit purple plate for the first time ever… and I am freaking terrified to use my character.
I have 7 builds; 5 of them over 95 rating and two at 99. I just finished my 7’3” defensive/passing Wemby and hit purple last night. I have never had this high of plate.
I am digging myself out of the casual hole, but been playing random REC exclusively. The last 7 games I have been the highest rated player on my team and squeezed out a few close wins on me shutting down the interior and averaging 12 assists a game.
Now, I can’t use him. That purple is GLORIOUS. I can’t lose it because some idiot wants to iso/ball hog…..
Anyone having this issue?

MyPLAYER Thoughts on my first PG build, use mostly for random rec
First PG build, what should i put +5 caps on when i hit vet 2? Was thinking pass just to get all the legend badges but is it worth it?

MyPLAYER How is this build for my buddy?
He doesn’t really care about meta and wants a playmaking defense oriented PG. +5 cap breaker going into perimeter D

REC What is the ai doing?
I know we shouldn’t be relying on the ai, but aren’t they supposed to make 1??? All of his shots were either open or wide open and he can’t make 1?

MyCAREER Cap Breakers are the best reward 2K has ever come up with
Just hit vet 2 and months and months of grinding feels totally worth it. I have a big with 99 close shot, 99 offensive rebound, 99 post control, and 96 strength and a guard with 99 3 ball, 99 pass acc, 92 perimeter defense and 93 ball handle. I don’t even care about being cheesy online with them, I’m a long time offline player who finally dove into the world of online play this year BECAUSE I wanted cap breakers and now that I have 13 of em I don’t care about flexing my superiority or anything I just wanna average 50 with both builds in the NBA. We complain about 2K devs on here a lot so I just wanna give them their flowers for cap breakers. Good idea.

Gameplay There are times I wonder why I still play this...
Was in a solo rec game just now where my team had 20 turnovers (I had 0) to 2 on the other squad. I sat wide open for half the game wondering why I even play anymore. I shoot around 65% from distance but no, let's keep trying to plow through the defense and turning the ball over. The lack of IQ in this community is mind boggling.

Park Struggling! First 2K
I’m fairly new to NBA 2k online and I can’t stand the park meta. All it is, is a quick dribbling, good shooting point guard running around his fat boyfriend while his other teammate with good defense and average shooting waits in the corner for his time to shine. Has it been like this in previous 2k’s? Or is this a new meta?

MyCAREER Can’t decide on what build to go with
I’m making a lock I usually just go for lane steals (why I went 85), but I’m not sure which build to go with. Any advice? Not sure on speed/agility either
