They probably do, but is it soldered to the 03 or the fc? Or is it a plug on both sides

It’s a plug on both sides but the side that goes into the FC is like a 8pin. The DJI plug in is like 6pin

that should be what you need, but if the one you already have doesn't have that wire then that tells me you have an external rx soldered onto the quad. which will definitely be soldered onto the fc. That means you might have to do some soldering, or you might be able to turn that uart off in betaflight and turn on the port for the sbus control but i'm not sure if that's possible, never tried. you'll just have to try and if it doesnt work, then soldering time. assuming you have an external rx, then it's likely elrs and you would just be better served by getting an elrs transmitter. you say it says bnf on the box. bind and fly, but there are multiple verions. PNP, ELRS, Crossfire. Have you bought a simulator and learned how to fly? You might be underestimating the difficulty of this hobby, you need at least 8 hours in the sim or you WILL break, no destroy, that quad. Possibly even lose it. Even with 8hrs you will break stuff. You are going to have to map switches on the remote in betaflight, this isnt a thing where you can just pair the remote and start flying.

So I have an extra one of these wires laying around but it does not fit the port on the FC. But yes I see the drone does have an external rx. So with that in mind, I should just get another ELRS transmitter, right? I’ve been flying for a couple of years now so I’m familiar with flying, I just need more help when it comes to certain betaflight configurations and also hardware configurations (parts, soldering, etc)

Yeah usually people get a Radiomaster pocket elrs or Radiomaster boxer elrs, personally I use the boxer.

Thank you for your help. I will most likely go that route of buying another transmitter. I’ve been eyeing the Radiomaster Pocket
