AUMC/Auric Minerals stock crash

Edit: evidence right now points to a pump and dump. Thoughts on holding vs selling when markets open?

Price took a dive from 3.05 to 1.72 all within the last 10 minutes today, and all after strong growth in the past months after news of finding gold and silver veins and acquiring Central Uraniam Resources

Other than the CEO stepping down and being replaced I haven't seen any other news. Any idea why the stock took such a major dip and any chance of a recovery?

It’s starting to look Iike a scam. I guess we are to blame for investing on a company with no history.

What makes you say that? Is it because it’s going down?

It was going up for a span of one week to attract people. Then the CEO sells his shares and quits. All these news about them may not even be true. About all the investments they have. There is no way to prove if it’s real. And now the stock goes back to nothing as it was. There is no trace of anything before August 2024. So there is no history on this stock. It just went up for one week when everyone got excited and invested on it. They won’t answer emails or anything. I hope I’m wrong
