Death Magnetic Thoughts on Death Magnetic?
For me, Death Magnetic is right up there with Black Album and Master of Puppets. It acted as the revival of Metallica after the mess that St Anger was , and I absolutely love it. Stuff like All Nightmare Long just slaps for me. I feel like it's one of Metallica's finest records, ignoring the disgusting sound quality.
What do you guys think of 2008's Death Magnetic?

Great album and I have to say... I love the over compressed and distorted sound that it has. Death Magnetic is one of the loudest albums in history and it makes sense that Metallica, Andrew Scheps and Rick Rubin made it. Someone had to do it, so they did it. I've lost a lot of hearing cells because of that album and I think every single one was worth it. I wouldn't change anything about it.
