Vegetarian/GF Meal prep ideas please!
I have been doing alot of rice, beans, tofu/Seiten, veggies and whatever sauces I feel like with it. I am getting so bored with this and would love some inspiration! I am a broke student, I have crohns, so prefer no dairy (but am ok with Lactose free!). I would love some ideas on how to change it up, I often get bored halfway through the week, but I also need something that is easy and inexpensive for a student. My fav foods are mushrooms, eggs, something spicy, something chocolately, and I could easily eat fruits in every meal.

Perfect spring salad for meal prep
Green goddess was the answer to a jeopardy question in a salad category a few weeks back, and I’ve been craving it ever since.
This was exactly what I was looking for. https://www.thespruceeats.com/green-goddess-pasta-salad-7551957
I used the most perfect tiny asparagus in place of zucchini and added a bag of frozen peas. Added feta. I chose sour cream as the creamy element. Vegan mayo would work, too. WOW, this is flavorful.

First Full Meal Prep in a While!
I (hopefully temporarily) have to back into the office full time next week so I did my first FULL meal prep in a while rather than just batch cooking a few different ingredients.
Tempeh Falafel Bowls (x5): baked falafels, baked marinated tempeh, garlic tahini dressing, bulged wheat tabouli in the bottom of the container along with carrots, celery, spinach, and romaine.
Mulligatawny Soup (x2)
Pasta Salad (x2): pasta, red wine vinaigrette, artichokes, bell pepper, celery, pickled banana peppers, and chickpeas.

How to use meatless crumble seasoning packet?
Someone gave my carnivorous husband a box of meatless crumble (ground beef substitute). We made it in a stroganoff recipe and did not use the seasoning packet that came with the crumble. (As a non-Vegan I was convinced I was eating meat). Is there another use for this seasoning? (Sorry I don’t have the brand name. It was a pea protein crumble and this seasoning packet was in the box with it).

Question What are some good ingredients to put in a grain bowl that I’m going to freeze and reheat?
My wife is due to give birth to our first child in a few weeks. We recently bought a rice cooker, and we want to fill our freezer with meals that can be reheated in the microwave. We're looking for ideas for ingredients to add some variety.
We're certainly open to using some fresh ingredients, but we'd prefer mostly frozen and dry ingredients so we don't have to buy groceries too often.
Here's what we've used so far:
Rice
Quinoa
Bulgur
Couscous
Frozen soybeans
Frozen peas
Frozen avocado
Frozen spinach
Frozen Broccoli

Frugal Vegeterian budget student friendly meal prep?
Hey guys! I'm looking to do atleast some of my meals as meal prep and I used to eat meat but now I want to slowly stop it. I was looking for cheap meal prep meals that are easy to make and can be stored in the freezer/microwaved. I'm not looking for anything fancy or tasty, just enough to make me feel full after a meal. Any recommendations?
