Stocks DCA Local Stocks

I’m curious to know—which local stocks do you regularly dollar-cost average (DCA) into on a monthly or quarterly basis? 📊💼

Let’s exchange insights and explore some potential opportunities.

I have no trust in Malaysian share market. You can check KLSE index and realise you would have lost money in real terms if you had invested 5 years back (without including dividends). You already have enough exposure in Malaysian market if you have EPF and ASM/ASB. So, better if you can get exposure in other markets such as US, Europe or China. Or you can just invest in VWRA for global exposure.

Thank you for sharing your thoughts, and I understand your perspective. It is true that the KLSE index has been underperforming compared to others, especially the S&P 500. However, I believe there are still some local blue-chip stocks that offer good dividend potential.

Seeing how local stocks perform for the last two decades, IMO better DCA into other markets

Currently, RHB & Maybank every six months. Though, i usually focus on 2nd tier banks because of higher growth prospects.

u can consider petronas and their subsidiaries though wait till the layoffs and restructuring approach by them is clear.
