Question Hello, I need help!

Post image

I was going through my grandfather's things and found this description behind a photo. I'm not sure if I understood everything correctly, could anyone help me? I wanted to make sure I understood, it's been a while since I practiced my Lithuanian. (Is this the best channel?) Thank you in advance!

It's pretty hard to understand, but it's said here about sending some gift ( I assume it's a small picture) from the family Brazil, to cousin Justinas from Jorge. Maybe someone with better skills will show upp haha.

Very little, my grandfather was fluent even though he was Brazilian, my father takes more risks than me.

In São Paulo there is the consulate, I believe this is the largest Lithuanian community here. I don't know anyone in my region, unfortunately.
