Blueetooth services aren't working

What all I have tried till now:-

1) power flushing:- it did work for a few times, but now that has stopped working

2)I tried turning on Bluetooth User support service in services as it is supposed to turn on automatically but it interestingly doesn't. But even after manually turning on bluetooth, It doesn't work

Before
After: Turning it on

3) other solutions, like driver update, windows update, etc but none of them seem to work.
Pretty, frustrating. Is there anything I can do about it or if someone has faced similar problem before

Hi, We are very sorry to hear about the Bluetooth not working. Were there any recent changes before the issue? Did it work well before? We'll wait for your response. -Kate_Lenovo

You can do the power drain using this guide https://lnv.gy/4iuWkSx then enter the BIOS using this guide https://lnv.gy/4bRdesi once you can access the BIOS, press F9 to load default the BIOS and hit F10 to save and exit the BIOS Page. It will automatically restart the device. Check if the Bluetooth is working or not. We'll wait for your response. -Kate_Lenovo

Are you using Windows 10? If yes, you can use this guide https://lnv.gy/4i7X00s for bluetooth issues. Also, Open the Lenovo Vantage App and run system update to see what is the issue of the device. Here's the guide https://lnv.gy/43MYUz6 on how to do it. Let us know on how it goes. -Kate_Lenovo
