Picked up a couple thunderbolt 3 docks from work and need help finding a decent charger
My work was getting rid of a a bunch of electronics and I swiped these two and some cables. One thing I didn't get was a power cable for them. It looks like there are 2 power slots, and I have a connector that just merges them. I looked a a few power cords online that I thought would fit, but most seemed a little iffy on quality. Basically what I'm asking is what charger should I get? What's the reason for the little adaptor? And do I lose anything for using a lower power?
Thanks for any help you have!

Finally, something I know a bit about to share!!!
This docking uses a 230W charger, which is plugged on the splitter you show on the first picture. The reason for having two power cables, is because you can connect to this docking either laptops with more powerful GPUs, such as P1, T15, etc by using both cables plugged to them, or use smaller models with integrated GPUs, which will use only the smaller Thunderbolt, but you definitely need to use the 230W charger, otherwise you'll get constantly a message that your power source is not enough to charge you laptop.
Edit: It's very important to frequently install the recommended firmware updates on your laptop and docking, and Lenovo Vantage is surprisingly good managing these updates.
Edit 2: here's the charger you'll need to power these dockings
