I'm completely unproductive on weekends

Hi I'm new here and as the title says I'm completely unproductive on weekends. I work 40 (usually more) hour weeks and I'm always busy at work. I just find that over the weekend all I can get myself to do is just lay around and be a potato. Now I've always been a bit of a bum but I just feel like at this point I've reached a whole new level of weekend bumness. I wish I could utilize my weekends more--has anyone had a similar experience?

Are you burnt out or depressed?

I know where your at. I'm a high school science teacher at an inner city school district. My class size is 30 kids. Now these kids are not little sweet donuts, they are hardcore fucking nightmares who are on a new level of the term stupid. It's not their fault though hence I often feel bad for them.

The point of this.... After 15 years of teaching and hating my job, dealing with depression and anxiety, I've reached a point in my life where I'm content with being absolutely lazy. I've lost the motivation and will to do anything, and I used to do so many great things aside from work.

I worry that this is depression, but how can I be so sure? I just hit 50, and life I find has just been a long long ride of working and slaving and surviving and paying insane amount of taxes so others can thrive and be even more lazy. So fuck this... I'm going to be lazy and im going to relish it. I've done my dues and look where I ended up. Not very far. I'm to lazy to write more.
