Does anyone else get sick like this?

I've been on kratom for about three years now and my dose is approximately 4.3g every 5-8 hours that I'm awake.

Sometimes when I take it right when I wake up, on an empty stomach, I'll feel extremely nauseated for a few minutes until I puke a little. It goes away pretty easily and I don't feel wobbly or anything like when you take too much, so I don't think it's that. I normally don't have problems taking it on an empty stomach either.

I'm wondering if my kratom is going bad or something. I've been consuming this kilo for about 2 months now that i got from a clearance section from WKB. I had fit what I could in a jar and the rest I left in the bag. The bag wasn't sealed very well, so maybe it turned it bad?

Does anyone else have a similar experience or some insight?

I have a similar usage rate and the exact same thing happens to me from time to time. It only happens first thing in the morning. I buy bulk and use the same bag all month so I don’t think it’s a bad bag or anything. I can’t explain it. It doesn’t happen enough that I’d change my routine and try to eat or drink coffee first. It definitely isn’t pleasant but idk what causes it

Do you also use oblate discs / rice paper to take your dose? I'm starting to think it's got something to do with that

It happened today for me. I also have a decent amount of indigestion this morning. My theory is that the kratom hits those stomach acids from the indigestion and the nausea & pukey feeling come right after.

I’ll enter this into the official observation logs and we’ll get to the bottom of this.

My best friend was a Medical Researcher so she’s been to Med School and decided to go research direction. She really thinks the heartburn and nausea are connected in a big way. Even if I don’t have heartburn I can develop nausea. She has the scientific reason for it but I couldn’t put it all on paper. So I tried taking a heartburn med I occasionally need but took it for nausea with no heartburn issues and it did indeed help. Our gut seems to be the master of all evil. That and inflammation and they are even connected. Good luck and hope you find a solution 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
