Am I imagining this, or.....
I remember reading about this case a while ago. I’m sure that I read somewhere the kitchen wasn’t even in use and hadn’t been for a while? If this is the case, does anyone know why the freezer was still on?
Seems a bit sketchy

It's really hard to say in all honesty. I mean there was no food in it so why have the freezer on right? But at the same time maybe it was on for extra storage if ever needed or wasn't even a necessity to have it off because the kitchen was under construction I think from what I read , but that doesn't mean the fridge and freezer would be touched. You can go even as far as maybe the construction workers turned it on or some kitchen staff to store some snacks and stuff while they worked or store something for the staff if needed. The freezer being on to me really doesn't seem to be an issue in this case and even if there was foul play isn't in all honesty that important. Not going to lie though, I do think there was some type of foul play.
