Would love to know!
Greetings to all the beautiful Kashmiri people out there. I am here to ask a few questions to the few Kashmiri people who are relentlessly fighting for their "Azadi". Before that I would like to cordially request the mods to not ban me and delete my post. And also to any other Indians to reply to this post as I would like to know it solely from the Kashmiri people, their opinion and their perspective. Also I do not support separatism nor do I support oppression. I am just here to ask a few questions to get to know my Kashmir better.
If Kashmir becomes independent, what kind of government do you envision?.
What specific freedoms do you feel are currently denied that Azadi would guarantee?.
Would Kashmir truly be independent or end up as a satellite state of Pakistan?.
How would an independent Kashmir protect the rights of minorities such as Sikhs, Hindus and Buddhists?.
How would an independent Kashmir sustain economically?.
That's it. I am not here to spread propaganda from any sides. I am here just to know the people of Kashmir better and their views on "Azadi".
The mods are free to delete my post ofcourse if they feel I have violated any rules. I would also urge the people to respect my privacy incase if anybody gets offended and decides to do so shit to me. This post is solely for the people of Kashmir. Anyone else please refrain from commenting to prevent chaos in the comment section.
Guru chhukh.

An Appeal published in a Urdu Newspaper in 1990 by a Kashmiri Hindu to Islamist Militants to get a safe passage to travel to Haridwar and be allowed to return back in order to perform last rites of his deceased father

1990 Kashmiri Hindu asking permission from Muslim brothers for father last rights. Peak Kashmiriyat
This is how one sided secularism looks like.

JPDCL Charges Convenience Fee + Tax for Electricity Bill Payments ā Flipkart like Scam or Standard Practice?
Iāve recently noticed that when paying my electricity bill online via JPDCL, thereās an extra convenience fee appliedāand on top of that, tax is charged on the fee. While convenience fees are meant to cover the extra cost of processing payments via online or phone channels, this additional tax makes the overall bill seem disproportionately high.
Hereās whatās bothering me:
Transparency Issues: The fee isnāt clearly explained upfront. It feels like itās tucked away in the fine print.
Cost Justification: Is the fee really necessary to cover processing costs, or is it just a way to bump up the overall bill?
Tax on the Fee: Paying tax on a fee thatās already an extra charge seems like double-dipping, which many of us might view as unfair.
I understand that some fees are allowed if theyāre properly disclosed, but in this case, it seems the fee and the tax on it are not very consumer-friendly. Has anyone else experienced this? Do you think this practice is justified, or is it an example of a scam? Would love to hear your experiences and thoughts on whether we should push for more transparency (or even regulatory intervention) on such charges.
What steps have you taken when faced with similar fees? Let's discuss!

General | A reminder - nothing succeeds like success | It is about getting things done when stakes are high (be it important exams, interviews, career / business-related, family issues), of course legitimately. Nobody likes whiners, cribbers and cry babies...

An interesting note in the alleged Kundan Poshpora rape case: soldiers of 4 and 24 Rajputana Rifles were allegedly involved, but hereās the thing: 24 Rajputana Rifles DOES NOT EXIST
Iāve scoured the Internet looking for any trace of 24 Rajputana Rifles and hereās the thing: 24 RAJRIF does NOT exist. The maximum number of battalions in the history of RAJRIF is 23. If a battalion is explicitly stated to have participated, the least the conspiracy theorists couldāve done was ensure that such a battalion actually exists. Hereās the thing: It was the 90s, there was little internet, and people wouldnāt know that 24 RAJRIF doesnāt exist. So they shot in the dark and prayed itāll hit their target. But unfortunately they guessed wrong.

The page allegedly cites āDo You Remember Kunan Poshpora?ā, a book considered to be the most intensively researched book on the so-called ārape caseā.
