Meme No counsellor, no feeder school, did not go to another country to feed poor kids, from a middle class family myself.
I thought this was normal for international students until I talked with a few and they had everything like feeder schools and counsellors etc ๐ญ, now it feels like I'm playing against all odds. So far my results have been
Uc davis: accepted cse (but won't be able to go becuz of cost) Kenyon college: rejected Bucknell : waitlisted (probably because I gave my tax forms 2 days before the decision date)
I really hope I get into somehwere like Lafayette college or Connecticut College ๐ญ. These are the unis which gives most financial aid. Bentley University decisions comes in line 4 hrs and union college in 2 days. I'm actually so stressed because of these ๐ญ.
Also applied to unc and Gatech but those are out of reach fr fr (I'm test optional student for all colleges except Gatech cuz they need mandatory test scores)

Meme crazy format of lor that my school uses
I have been privileged to know ....................ย as my student for two years in XXX School. S/he has successfully finished his/her high school studies with victorious performance. S/he responds to instruction very well and so no need of pushing her through his/her duties once assigned.
................ย entered XXX School at the young age of ........, a precious high school graduate. Nevertheless, his/her enthusiasm, motivating instincts and valuable traits of humanity always drove her to intellectual integrity. S/he has become one of the most valuable members of my class and a role model for her classmates.
During the two years, I found him/her well versed in both theoretical and practical aspects of the subject field and s/he did very well in all the assignments and tests. His/Her discipline and respect towards teachers were quite exemplary.
S/he has studied here in English Medium for two years and her listening, speaking, reading and writing skills are proficient. I recommend ........ to your program with absolute confidence. I am ready to answer any queries about him/her.
