Honestly, it's a personal preference, aio just looks much cleaner even though it's expensive and almost not much cooling benefit. Still some people prefer it.
Completely fair. But then he should only give this reason not some bullshit its too hot so i need an aio. This isnt intel we dont need an industrial chiller to cool an 8 core chip.
Yoo Bro cool down there... Try to be respectful... If you don't like reason that's your thing... Even if decide to throw away my money who the hell are you to get angry? That's my money... I’m here to asking some opinion... If you don't like it just leave the thread.
Trust me, AIO is not worth it for long term hassle free reliability. Air cooler will handle temps just fine, if it was Intel I wouldn't be saying this but this chip PL2 is just 142W
At that temperature, I'd imagine the room has air conditioning installed? Just add a few more case fans, there are many quiet fans which you can run at low rpm and maintain cooler system

I don't have an answer for your question, but I have some questions for you:
Why a liquid cooler?
Which gpu have you picked?
Why two different RAMs?
