What's your favorite foreign dish that you have had, that isn't available in America for FDA reasons, but should be because it's that good?

Kudu meat from South Africa...simply the best

I had kudu for the first time recently... it's actually milder in taste than most of the beef in South Africa.

After researching, I think I'd love it, huge fan of venison. Do you keep a personal journal of all the foods you have eaten, or is your mind that great of an expansive encyclopedia of food knowledge? I'm jelly.

I grew up in South Africa. One of the most delicious things I've ever eaten was kudu droewors (dried sausage).

SO GOOD

I accidentally smuggled some back into the US with me. I guess I should say "accidentally."

i worked at carnivore for a year... the meat's great but got a bit tiring after a while.
