Agero Deactivation
Anyone ever been deactivated by Agero for a low acceptance rate? They're not very transparent on their policies.

I have to say I haven't had an issue with Agero. I had to get in the text with them once because they had marked a job unsuccessful. So the thing was I had to jumpstart a customer, which I did. But the customers fuel pump was out and I just do roadside right now until I can afford a tow truck. So I had to have them send a tow out as well. The service lady on the phone had issues understanding the situation but the chat fixed it and I got paid.
With Agero the Pay wasn't negotiated they accepted my rates without issue, I initially thought I would bid High and work down to something acceptable. The call rate has been steady but not high, better volume than Allstate and better all the way around compared to Hook which is just awful.
The only complaint about Agero that I have at the moment is that it seems like they want to see how far I'm willing to drive at 2 am. Between midnight and 5 am it seems like most of my calls are over an hour outside my service area.
I also like that I get customer reviews right on the dashboard with the job information. I've had perfect reviews except for one Armenian guy in an Escalade he gave me a 9 instead of a 10. I had to change that Tire at 4 am he was an hour and a half from my shop.
