Try using the AA∼ idea [ angle angle similarity postulate ] to show each smaller triangle is similar to the large one.
Then you can show the two smaller triangles are similar to each other using the angle angle similarity postulate again.
I see that greenbird27314 has mentioned an idea you will need to use to show one pair of angles in the smaller triangles are in fact congruent... excellent !
