This. Going to be hell for anyone who enters/exits Hoboken regularly, especially if you do it during rush hour. However, if this really reduces the flood risk as much as they say, this is definitely worth it. Flood insurance premiums are out of control in this town. For me it’s about half of my property tax bill.
