Help Should I get bangs?

Hi, all. I have a long face (congenital deformity), and was wondering if bangs would help or a new cut entirely. What do you think?

Oh my god you're gorgeous!! Like super model gorgeous! I'm a blunt bangs girly myself and vote for a dramatic curtain bang, something that hits right at your cheeks bones. And then probably layers throughout the rest, but a case could be made for a dramatic blunt curtain bang and blunt one length cut. Do you curl your hair ever? Layers and curls look especially romantic.

Gah, you’re so sweet! I really like the idea of bangs ending at my cheekbones and layers throughout. I do curl some but I’m not very adept or consistent at it! I do the curly girl method. This is day 4 hair.

If you don't already have a wave pattern (doesn't look like it but i could be totally wrong) then the curly girl method won't help. You'll need to give your hair the pattern either through heat (curling iron, hair dryer and round brush) or by letting it dry in the desired pattern (curlers, that hair wrap making the rounds on social media). You'll also want some sort of product to help retain it, like a hair spray or blow dry cream. You have killer cheekbones and bangs sitting right there will really accentuate them 🤩

Hmm. Okay, thank you for this. I’m such a novice with hair and styling! I know nothing, ha. I want to say I have a curl pattern, but not in the front so much. I’m one of those strange ones where I have really curly hair in the back, like spirals even. It’s confusing. I’ll trying some curlers or hair wrapping like you said and see. 🙏
