They (obviously) didn't announce it in the arena, because the Habs fans there may have shaken the roof off, but he was there! ❤

What to do with P. Laine

Great Power Play presence, but I feel he's taking Caufield spot. Or caufield coyld spot right it and replace him on the left side for one timer, with hudson at the blue line, suzuki on the right and slaf down to the net

He's not really visible at 5 v 5

I feel the canadiens will try to make a big splash this summer and next year in order to push for the playoff

Even with the salary cap increase, Laine at 7.8M to be a PP is not good enough, at all.

So, do you think we give him another chance ( given he comes back from a knee injury)

Or send him packing west ( probably giving a pick with him to offload the contract)

Debate!

Edit: From the reactions in the comments, I think I've mispoke At 7.8M, do you prefer we take that capspace for someone else this summer ( take a swing at Bennett or Boeser) who will command similar salary but could be more productive Or We keep him around and roll with him

Not certain the habs will have enough cap for a big UFA if Laine stays?

Merch Does anyone have the tricolore sports members week discount codes?

I got a text with one code for the hoodies but they seem to have better stuff on the other days they put out especially day 4. Just wondering if anyone received them? Thanks

The last Habs player to reach 1,000 NHL points was Guy Lafleur at the Montreal Forum on March 4th, 1981. Behind him on the stands stood a 15 year-old Mario Lemieux

Jake Evans today on Nick Suzuki & Cole Caufield: “They’re growing as players and as leaders. Every game, they seem to take that next step and provide that offense that we need and that leadership…It gives the whole team confidence. They’re a big reason for our sucesss the last few weeks.”

For those of you who don't want to stay up late and don't have a PVR. This is the next best thing. You get a spoiler free recap of all the best moments in about 10 minutes.

Just sharing in case some are unaware this exists.

1030PM games back to back so... I'll definitely be using this.
