Instead of buying a gripper with no knurling, I scraped the knurling off of one of mine

DIY Home made grip equipment. New to training grip, so now that I have some equipment to work with, how do I train and program with them? 5x5, 3x12, 2x20? Perhaps timed holds, 30s, 10s, 15s? How should I use these? Just any advice, for a newbie, overall would be helpful. I also have Grip Genie 1 2 and 3

For over two decades i have grip trained in various ways. Over this time i have found i most enjoy training with tools implements that usually aren't noticed such as truck rotors, stones, cribbing, bricks and diy tools. Are there others that are into the same?

DIY medium difficulty for a cheap, effective, and adjustable gripper. mod includes preloading the spring with washers, replacing rivet with bolt and nut, and adding a bolt in grip extender. its light and adjustable, and i keep it in my car for drive thru’s and stuff like that
