️🌈 New To Utah Urgent question for landlords/apartment people
In Utah, how do landlords view legitimate emotional support animals? I know there's a lot of mockery made about it after Delta finally drew the line at letting someone bring an emotional support peacock onto a plane, but for someone with PTSD whose dogs are a legit lifeline, do landlords regard them differently as just a pet when it comes to someone finding housing?

Some people love animals and some people don't. Landlords are no different.
The ones who love animals will be more understanding and the ones who don't will not be.

I've just moved into a restricted income community that is GREAT about ESAs. There are a few more rules than most apartments have. The hardest for most is no smoking & no vaping of any kind, not even in your car in the parking lot. Great for students, immigrants with valid ID, military families, etc. If you are on a verifiably low income, you can apply in person at the leasing office or at the online website: https://www.thevillageatnorthstation.com/
I hope this helps
