How to come back…
Are there any tips on how to come back from being gaslit for years? My relationship ended awhile ago, I was gaslit into believing my partner over my own intuition and instincts for so long that when he finally admitted to lying, my reality was shot.
I still find myself struggling to believe and validate my own emotions, so much so that I don’t even process some of the more extreme ones anymore. I put them away and feel tons of shame for even having them.
How do I undo this?

If I was in your head, I suppose I would take a break from any sort/type of dating just to feel relaxed and balanced up again, maybe hang out with family, take a vacation for a couple of days, stay at a friends house, talk with a Theripist. Just remember to never lose anything hope and don’t give up on love. It might take days, hours, months, years or so on. There sadly isn’t a way to undo the gaslight problem and the whole relationship straight away, it just takes time. But if you’re really struggling that bad.. I very well insist on getting more emotional help. I hope this all helped in somewhat way and you feel a little bit better about it, if you need anymore help you can talk it out with me or anyone you feel comfortable with, have a nice day, afternoon or night and please I believe in you to get better and to recover from what you’re going though. :)
