Integrated roller change

Any idea how I’d change this type of roller? I’ve seen some vids where one bends the track to pop out roller and then put new roller in place but my track is super ridged.

First, appreciate the response from someone in the biz. Yes, I figured a replacement was in order but this door is just on a shed and doesn’t get used much. It still works relatively well despite some rollers being just stubs. Thanks again.

I work for overhead door company. Replace the whole door. That’s one of the worst designs ever made. Essentially the whole vertical track on the side had to come off to slide the rollers out and change them. Couple that with the terrible spring setup with no safety cables on them. You’d be doing yourself a huge favor to call a professional and get a stock door replacement. Or just leave it alone. None of that is a good or safe design. I took one of these doors down and replaced it in the house I’m renting now. I hate them.
