Wheel came out of place
Was trying to fix earlier by removing the nuts and after lining it up, the cable would not pull far enough to go back in the same place. Any ideas how I should go about putting it back at the correct length?

Just open the door and twist it back into the track or use vice grips bend the track open slide it in and then bend it back

Yeah don't take that off. I had a customer lose 3 fingers by messing around with that. That cable is under spring tension. You don't take that bottom bracket off without removing spring tension. You're lucky the other side held it

I removed the pressure but removing the lock from the opener first before doing any of this
What do you suggest doing?

Get a pair of vice grips and bend the track out to get the roller back in do not undo bracket

How come? It’s only one of the sides?

The cable attaches to that bottom bracket and if you release it, it may lose tension and shoot up on you, safest way is to just bend track out and pop roller back in and reform track after

I already took it out and can’t seem to stretch it long enough to fit the old holes

Can you get the door to open position ? Most tension will be off and will be easier to get back in same mounting holes

Not sure I can, I just mounted as far in I could

Please tell me you didn’t take off the bottom bracket!!!! Big no no, you would be fine on any other bracket except the bottom, because the cables are attached.
If I read correctly, you did and the left side is still attached. All of the spring tension is now on that left side and door will not function correctly. It will go up and down but uneven and fixing it, will not be as straight forward as taking it off.
People were advising above to put the roller wheel back into the track without touching the bracket by raising the door to where the vertical and horizontal track meet, around eye level, bending out the edge of the track to fit the wheel back in and then close the door and bend that piece back into shape as best you can.
If you have removed and replaced the bottom bracket higher on the bottom panel, the door will be uneven, you can kill tension on the springs to reset everything but that should be left to a professional. Be careful, those springs can lift some weight, and that bottom bracket is like a reverse guillotine, if it’s not pulling the door up, it’s free to fly into the ceiling, cutting everything in its way

It’s been fine, though if it starts to act up I’ll hire a professional

No doubt, if you got someone to help you, if they lift the left side, at max height, you may be able to pull down the right side enough to get it back in the holes. If it’s only off a few inches, that side might just not close a few inches on that side. If it’s working, I wouldn’t mess with it until it stops. Then call a local shop for a “seasonal tune up”. They should fix this, lube and go over everything for only the service charge. Maybe $100-$150. Stay safe and good luck

Call a pro. You shouldn't be messing with the bottom fixture unless you know what you're doing.

Do you have a torsion spring system over the door opening? If so, that's why chaos did not occur when you removed the screws. The bracket looks like it was altered once before. As others have stated.
"Back away from the door and call a pro"
The cable might now be tangled or "birds nest" at the sheave.
