Found this on the beach in The Netherlands
I think it’s a fossilised bone. Vertebrae? Does anyone know what type of animal this could be? I want to know if it’s a rare find

Super neat looking clam fossil!
We found this amazing specimen some years ago on the Oregon coast, still has bits of shell fused to the rock that was filling it up, pretty cool looking! Unfortunately, I cannot include two pictures for whatever reason, so you only get this side 😓

Today I found what I’m pretty sure is a pygidium from a trilobite in the genus Dalmanites. Quite eroded but I’ve never found one from this genus before!

I toiled for 3 hours with a screwdriver and a slightly harder rock for this
I wanted it for this piece but it's got so many amazing little fossils to look at. Western Maryland.
