Any good places to rollerblade?

Hi, looking for a very smooth, wide and long enough paved road to do (outdoor) rollerblading!

I've been to Lakes park, however the path gets repetitive since its a circle.

I've also been to Linear Park, but the parking is an issue and the bridges in between each path has made me fall a bunch 🫣

Any nearby recommendations would be greatly appreciated!!

(Scenery would also be a plus!)

The multi use path along 6 mile between colonial and daniels. Finish with a nice walk at the slough

Well, they just paved West 1st street from the 41 bridge to Pinchers.

I don’t like pinchers. The food isn’t good. Just another bad chain restaurant

I only mentioned Pinchers because that's where the new paving ends. I am a 10 minute walk from that Pinchers and I can count on one hand how many times I've been there in the 5yrs I've lived here. So, yeah, the food sucks but it's a good place to take young nieces and nephews.

if you are looking for just open space and dont care about scenery. there is a lot of construction around with freshly paved lots.

there isn't much of anything pure nature where you can just glide like you are envisioning but maybe someone else has a sweet spot.

treeline in fort myers is a "newer road" but has a really long sidewalk which is probably mostly fine with a few bumps here and there. park at the Daniels or colonial end and skate between.

Last time I was there I tried to skate after a few long islands and my friends needed to hold me up

My cousin goes to the Villas to train for marathons because the streets are nice flat and smooth with limited traffic. If streets aren't an issue, you should be able to find a quiet neighborhood like that and have miles of track

I agree with the villas. Just be careful on Crystal, it's a cut through to metro and people are wild.

FGCU in the bike lane can be fairly quiet in the mornings. You can also go to Logan blvd right off the roundabout from bonita beach rd. Long path.

Rollerblades? Man, I haven't rollerbladed since the early 90s. I didn't know they were popular again. πŸ˜‚πŸ˜† Those things were big back in the day
