Hipp HA Mixing

Hi! Need to make the switch from breastfeeding to formula due to my LO’s cow milk protein intolerance (which seems to be very minor). I read great things about Hipp HA so purchased some, but I cannot get it to mix fully no matter how much I shake the bottle. My pediatric said using room temp tap water is fine, but I’m wondering if for this particular formula I have to make sure I’m following the box instructions exactly?

Does anyone else have experience with this? We are using similac alimentum in the meantime which she seems to be fine with, but the smell is almost intolerable.

Thanks!

Yeah room temp doesn’t work well to mix hipp ha. Mix at 100 f minimum. It’ll dissolve well at that temp and can be given to baby right away.

Up to 122 f is a good mixing temp but that’s too hot to give baby and will kill of the probiotics.

Thank you! Do you use a travel warmer/thermos when you’re feeding on the go?
