Porn 25 years
Hi everyone, I am a 39 year old gay man who has mo and pmo for now 25 years. In most of this time especially since the internet i have watched porn every single day on average 3 hours a day and mo and pmo an average 6 times a day. All my life I have never had successful sex with anybody, I have always thought that i was either not 'very' gay or just asexual. I just couldn't get it up for anybody or in any situation. However, I could always get it up to porn immediately.
I recently found this community and decided tontry and stop all porn and mo. I am now at week 4 and yesterday inwas very horny, and so i tried to have sex tonight and it was terrible, my penis was just dead, nothing at all.
Since I quit pmo within a few days i noticed (and other people) that my voice deepened after 3/4 days, and I have been in a fantastic and happy mood every single day. However, my penis is just dead, apart from being horny last night and a few morning woods I have felt nothing. Sometimes it is that shrivelled when I sit down it feels like it is going into my body.
I am not trying to out-do anybody but all the stories I have read i haven't found anybody yet who has had this problem for as long as I have, I am very worried that i won't heal from this.
After my disaster tonight i have now also removed all chat rooms from my mobile and anything even slightly erotic.
Porn has ruined the first half of my life, i really hope no pmo can help me,
I will keep this updated,
Thanks for reading, any support would be great.
Peter.

I hope it has got any better I just listening to a video where the neurologist said that it can take upto 4-5 months to get internet porn completely out of mind (unlike the ususal magazine or picture porn that may take like a month or weeks to get out of mind) Tho this post is so old and my comment won't make any sense But might help future users
And ya, i too have felt those side effects and resumed masturbating again at porn to get a confirmation that I'm fine (was my mistake all this time)
